Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZdrawiAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users, including individuals who browse the app without creating an account, registered users, and users who send or receive invitations through our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use ZdrawiAI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age or eligibility.

Account Registration

To use core features of ZdrawiAI, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only create one account per phone number. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be removed.

Use of the App

ZdrawiAI provides tools for setting workout plans for yourself, your friends, and your loved ones; sending push notification reminders; and managing fitness connections. You agree to use these features responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

• Use the app to harass, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Send unsolicited invitations or spam contacts who have not expressed interest.
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
• Use the app for any commercial or promotional purpose without our written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Upload malicious code, scripts, or content that could compromise the platform.

Workout Plans & Shared Content

When you create and assign workout plans to your contacts, you acknowledge that:

• The recipient has the right to accept, decline, or remove any workout plan assigned to them.
• You are responsible for ensuring that workout plans you share are appropriate and safe for the recipient.
• ZdrawiAI does not verify the safety or medical appropriateness of any workout content created by users.

Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive workout reminders and app-related alerts. These include reminders set by you and reminders sent on behalf of your accepted connections.

You may disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings. ZdrawiAI will not send marketing or promotional notifications without your explicit opt-in consent.

Invitations & Phone Numbers

When you use ZdrawiAI to invite a contact via phone number, you confirm that:

• You have a legitimate, pre-existing personal or professional relationship with the person you are inviting.
• You will not use the invitation feature to send unsolicited messages to strangers or for bulk outreach.
• You take responsibility for ensuring the recipient is willing to receive such an invitation.

Misuse of the invitation feature may result in account suspension. We comply with all applicable SMS and telecommunications laws.

Intellectual Property

All content within ZdrawiAI — including the app design, logo, code, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZdrawiAI and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

Workout content you create remains yours. By sharing it through the platform, you grant ZdrawiAI a limited, non-exclusive license to display that content to your designated connections within the app.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ZdrawiAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZdrawiAI and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Physical injury or health issues arising from workout plans created or shared through the app.
• Loss of data due to technical failures or user error.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Termination

You may stop using ZdrawiAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or take actions that harm other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the app ceases immediately. Data deletion will follow the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or push alert. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of ZdrawiAI after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ZdrawiAI shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
