When you create an account and use ZdrawiAI, we collect information necessary to provide our services. This includes:

Account Information: Your name, phone number, and profile details you provide when registering.
Workout Data: Workouts you create, assign to others, and receive — including exercise types, schedules, and completion status.
Contacts & Connections: Phone numbers of friends and loved ones you invite or add to the app.
Device & Usage Data: Device type, OS version, push notification tokens, and in-app activity logs.
Communications: Invite messages sent via SMS through our platform.

📋 We do not collect sensitive medical records, insurance data, or any information governed by HIPAA. ZdrawiAI is a fitness coordination tool, not a medical service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the purposes described below:

To create and manage your account and personal profile.
To allow you to set and share workout plans with your friends and loved ones.
To send push notification reminders for workouts you or others have scheduled.
To process and deliver invitations to new users via their phone number.
To improve app performance, diagnose bugs, and analyze usage trends (in aggregate, anonymized form).
To send important service announcements and updates about ZdrawiAI.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising targeting.

Push Notifications

ZdrawiAI sends push notifications to remind you and your connections of upcoming workouts. You can manage notification preferences at any time through your device's settings or within the ZdrawiAI app settings panel.

Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the app, though you may miss time-sensitive workout reminders set by your friends or loved ones.

Contacts & Invitations

When you invite someone to ZdrawiAI using their phone number, we use that number solely to send a one-time invitation message. We do not store non-user phone numbers beyond what is necessary to deliver that invitation.

Contacts you add within the app are visible only to you and to the users who accept your connection.
You may revoke connections at any time from your profile settings.
We do not scan or upload your full device contact list unless you explicitly grant permission to do so.

Data Sharing

We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:

With your connections: Workout plans you assign to others are visible to those specific users.
Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (e.g., Firebase for notifications, cloud hosting) under strict data processing agreements.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account information and workout data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

All your personal profile data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Workout plans you shared with others will be removed from their feeds.
Backup copies may persist in encrypted form for up to 90 days before full deletion.

To request account deletion, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or contact us directly.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including end-to-end encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure cloud storage with access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% immune to breaches, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

ZdrawiAI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete that account and all associated data promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via a push notification or in-app alert if the changes are significant.

Continued use of ZdrawiAI after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
